How to create your AgentIQ account

Creating your AgentIQ account takes a couple of minutes and doesn't require a card. When you finish, you land in the onboarding, where you connect WhatsApp and set up your first AI worker.

Before you start

Have these ready:

• A business email you can access.
• Your business name and a rough idea of what it does.
• If you want to connect WhatsApp right away, access to the business's Meta (Facebook) account. This is optional; you can do it later.

Step 1: open the sign-up page

Go to app.ageentiq.com/register. You have two ways to create the account:

• With Google: use your Google account and skip the form.
• With the form: enter your details by hand.

Step 2: fill in the form

If you use the form, complete these fields:

1. First name.
2. Last name (optional).
3. Business email.
4. Username: you can also log in with it.
5. Password: at least 8 characters.
6. Confirm password: type it again.

Then click Create my account.

Step 3: accept the terms

Before the onboarding starts, a legal screen shows the terms of service. Read and accept them to continue. You can't move forward without this step.

Step 4: go through the onboarding

After accepting the terms you enter the onboarding. It's a short series of screens:

Screen	What it asks
Connect your WhatsApp	Connect through Meta or do it later
Who is this account for?	Who the account is for
Business name	Your business name and what it does
Your worker's name	What it's called and what it needs to do
What do you work with today?	The tools you use (you can skip it)
How did you hear about us?	A short question before creating the worker
Plans	Pick a plan or decide later

How to log back in

To log in again, go to app.ageentiq.com/login:

1. In Username or email, type your username or email.
2. In Password, type your password.
3. Click Sign in.

If you signed up with Google, use the Google button instead.

Common issues

My password isn't accepted

Check that it has at least 8 characters and that Password and Confirm password match exactly.

Should I use Google or the form?

Both work the same way. If several people at the business will log in with the same email, think about which account is easier to share and protect. If only you will use it, Google is the fastest.

I want to connect WhatsApp but don't have Meta access

Choose I'll connect it later on the first onboarding screen. You can finish everything else and connect the number once you have access. See Connect WhatsApp.
