What the AgentIQ free plan includes, how credits work, where to check your usage, buy extra credits, redeem a promo code and switch to a paid plan when needed.

AgentIQ has a free plan so you can put your first AI worker to work without paying or adding a card. Here's what it includes, how credits are used and what changes if you move to a paid plan.

As the dashboard puts it: it renews by itself every month, no card.
How credits work
Your worker uses credits as it works. The 50 conversations on the free plan are a reference: actual usage depends on how long conversations are and what the worker does in them.
When the month renews, you get your 9,000 credits again.
Where to check your usage
- In the sidebar, go to Your account > Usage.
- There you'll see consumption broken down by category.
Check it now and then, especially in the first few weeks, to learn how fast your worker uses credits.
What to do if you run out of credits
You have three options:
Buy extra credits
- Go to Your account > Billing.
- Choose the option to buy credits.
- Pay with the methods available in your country.
Redeem a promo code
If you have a code:
- Go to Your account > Billing.
- Find Promo code.
- Enter the code and redeem it.
Move to a paid plan
Paid plans show how many conversations per month they include and how many credits each cycle brings. They also remove the AgentIQ signature from your worker's messages. Some plans have a trial period; those do require a card.
You can see current plans and prices in Your account > Billing.
How payment works
- Payments are processed with Stripe or Mercado Pago.
- Currency is Colombian pesos (COP) or US dollars (USD), depending on your country.
The AgentIQ signature
On the free plan, your worker signs its messages with AgentIQ branding. It's part of what makes the free plan possible. If you want the worker to speak only under your business's brand, any paid plan removes it.
Quick questions
Will I be charged if I do nothing?
No. The free plan doesn't ask for a card, so there are no automatic charges.
Does the free plan expire?
It's not a trial with an end date. It renews by itself every month with 9,000 credits. Check Usage to see how your consumption is going.
Can I choose a plan later?
Yes. During onboarding you can click Go to the dashboard and decide later and change plans whenever you want from Billing.
