How to upload your catalog or menu to AgentIQ
Upload your catalog or menu to AgentIQ so your AI worker sells with real prices. Products, categories, combos, inventory, services and data from Excel files.

Your AI worker sells from what's in its catalog. If a product isn't there, or has an old price, the worker can't offer it properly. That's why this part is worth some time.
What goes where
AgentIQ organizes information by type:
| What you have | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| Dishes, products, combos | Products (and the worker's Catalog tab) |
| Services with appointments (haircuts, consultations, classes) | Services and schedule |
| Your own lists and tables (zones, locations, references) | Data |
| Reference documents (policies, FAQs) | Knowledge, on the worker's page |
How to create products
- In the sidebar, go to Workers > Products.
- If you don't have products yet, click Create my first product. If you do, click New product.
- Fill in the product details, such as name and price. Use the same name your customers use when they order.
- Assign it a category (for example: Starters, Burgers, Drinks).
- Save and repeat for the rest.
Categories
Group your products by category. That way the worker can show the menu in parts instead of sending one long list, and it's easier for you to maintain.
Combos
If you sell combos or deals that bundle several products, create them as combos. The worker offers them with their own price.
Inventory
If you track stock, use inventory. It keeps the worker from selling something that's sold out.
Check the worker's catalog
Each worker has a Catalog tab, under How it works. Open it and confirm that the products that worker should sell are there.
If you sell services by appointment
For services with a schedule (beauty, dentistry, veterinary, classes), use Services and schedule:
- Go to Workers > Services and schedule.
- In Services, click New service and create each one.
- In Staff, click New professional for each person who serves clients. Invite the professional gives them access.
- Appointments booked by the worker show up in Appointments and Sessions.
If you connect Google, appointments are created as Google Calendar events with a Google Meet link.
If you have data in Excel
For lists that aren't products, such as delivery zones or locations, use Data:
- Go to Workers > Data.
- Create a collection.
- Use Import CSV/Excel to upload your file.
Tips so the worker sells well
- Up-to-date prices. When you change a price at the store, change it here too.
- Clear names. Avoid internal codes customers won't understand.
- One source of truth. If the menu is in the catalog, don't repeat it in a Knowledge document with different prices.
- Test it. Ask the worker about a product in the Test chat and check it answers with the right price.
Next step
With the catalog ready, define how the worker should talk and what it can't say: continue with How to write the manual.
